to connect an IP camera to a RTMP server you can write a flash/flex applet if the device is being recognized as audio/video input from the flash player and stream from there or use the free Adobe Flash Media Encoder http://www.adobe.com/products/flashmediaserver/flashmediaencoder/
check on the page if you have a supported device

@eliud
Red5 allows you to publish live video to web page.
Xuggle allows you to encode a video to specified format. If a video stream is available on server, Xuggle can use it. However, I do not know how connect IP cameras to server.

the problem is that I have to write my own software, because I have to do the same that you implemented many months ago.

IP cameras - > server -> (web page) - > many web clients (live streaming)

I cant use the software included with my ip camera.

Could you help me please or give me some guidelines to do it?

P.S. Sorry my english is no so good!!!

@eliud , Hi, you have to look into the software distributed with your camera. Probably, your IP camera has already web software included.
